Shipping Policy

All items in my shop are made-to-order through professional print partners. This helps keep waste low and lets me run a full art studio out of a school bus without stacks of boxes falling on Rocket and Pixel.

Shipping Rates

• Standard US Shipping: $8.50 
• Free shipping on orders over $100

Your order will be created, packed and shipped directly from one of my print partners. Because everything is made for you when you order it, production and delivery times vary a little by product type.

Shipping rates are based on most single-item orders. Because my products are printed by different professional production partners, items in the same order may ship separately. In some cases this means shipping costs may be higher for multi-manufacturer orders, and Shopify will calculate that automatically at checkout. I always try to keep shipping affordable, and you’ll see all shipping costs before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Production: 2–7 business days

• Shipping: 5–10 business days

Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days total.

Please note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times depend on the shipping carrier, customs clearance and your location.

International Shipping

International shipping isn't available yet, but I'm working on it. 

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Some items may arrive separately depending on which print partner produced them.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. I don’t have control over these fees, and they vary by location.

Shipping Addresses

• Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order.

• Orders returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.

• I cannot ship to P.O. Boxes in some countries, so please provide a street address when possible.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your package goes missing, gets lost in postal limbo, or arrives looking like someone played soccer with it, email me at design@nikkimay.com with your order number and a photo if applicable. I’ll help you get it sorted.

Delays

Sometimes shipping carriers experience delays, especially during holidays, sales seasons, or global events. I appreciate your patience — once your order leaves the print facility, it’s literally out of my hands (and in the hands of your friendly local courier).
