FAQs: Stuff You Probably Want to Know

GENERAL

Maybe — but only if you’re really quick. Orders usually head into production within 24 hours, and once the printers get going, there’s no turning back. If you need a change, reach out right away and I’ll see if I can catch it before it’s too late.

SHIPPING

Each piece is made just for you, which means it takes a little time (no dusty warehouse shelves here). Fulfillment usually takes 3–7 business days, then shipping times are approximately USA: 3–8 business days

Translation: your art is on the way, but patience is part of the process.

Ugh, not cool — and thankfully, rare. Snap some photos and contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. I’ll get a replacement or refund sorted out for you.

First, do a quick detective check:

  1. Double-check your shipping confirmation email for address typos.
  2. Ask your local post office if they’re holding it.
  3. Peek at your neighbor’s porch in case your package went on an adventure.

Still missing? Reach out with your order number.

  • If it’s officially lost in transit, I’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
  • If the tracking says “delivered” but you didn’t get it… let me know and we'll figure it out!

I'm sorry, but I'm currently only shipping to U.S. addresses. I hope to change that soon!

Returns & Exchanges

Nope, sorry! Since everything is custom-printed just for you, I can’t take returns or do exchanges for size, color, or “changed my mind.”

BUT if your item is damaged, defective, or mislabeled, I’ll absolutely fix it!

  • If it’s a production/shipping mistake, I’ve got you covered.
  • If it’s an “oops” during ordering (wrong size, wrong address, buyer’s remorse), that’s on you.
  • Damaged, defective, or misprinted items: within 7 days of delivery.
  • Lost packages: within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

The sooner you reach out, the faster I can get it fixed!

Each order is made-to-order, so I don’t keep stock for swaps. Please double-check sizing charts and be sure of the colors before ordering.

Bottom line: I want you to love what you order, and I’ll always make it right if something goes wrong on the production side.
